Our Air Conditioner Contract Service/Maintenace in Johor Bahru area

We are very experienced air conditioner contractor and dealer in Johor Bahru, our main strength is providing service and maintenance air conditioners to the clients. Our main purpose is to help clients from getting major air conditioner breakdown by doing regular servicing and check the air conditioner system, our technician will report to you the problem once we detect the problem. As a result, it can reduce your cost which could be caused by major breakdown (ie. replace compressor) if you have discovered the problem early.

In our service, basically we have two type of general servicing. One is contract servicing(e.g monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and half yearly), and another one is one time/on call servicing. The main difference between this two servicing is the price of contract servicing is cheaper and it also includes attending daily complaints for free.

Note that general servicing doesn't include refilling of gas, cost of replacement of all parts, labour and materials charge for replacement of compressor and electrical breakdown and if the air conditioner unit is too dirty that cannot be done by general servicing then we will have to use chemical to wash it which also doesn't include in general servicing.
