Happy new year! Time goes really fast, it is year of 2012 and Chinese New Year is coming soon. I just joined a new brand air conditioner dealership recently, and i would like to introduce this brand to you all.
This new brand is called KoolMan, their air conditioner is made in Malaysia with ISO9001:2008. Their air conditioners started to launch in the market since 2009, but mainly was exported to oversea. And now they have started their sale campaign in Malaysia about 4-6 month, and we are one of their very first few dealers to get their dealership.
The beauty of this product is their price is the lowest among local made air conditioners, and their btu/h(cooling capacity) & CFM(air flow) are slightly higher than the peers. Moreover, the warranty period for most of the air conditioner is 5 years for compressor and 1 year for spare part, but KoolMan's warranty is 5 years for compressor and 2 years for spare part.
The only bad thing about this brand is they are still new and very unknown in the market, and most people dare not risk themselves to buy such a cheap product. Because in many people perception, cheap item always come with low quality.
But i can tell you not to worry about that with three concrete reasons. First, they have been exporting their equipment to oversea in the past 2 years, and so far there is no critical issues and complains from the customers. Secondly, their warranty for parts is given 1 more extra year than other brand. They are confident with their product, that is why they dare to commit this to their customer. Finally, our technician opened up and checked the unit spare part, and realized that the air conditioner compressor are actually same as other local brand.
So KoolMan's air conditioner offer you cheaper price, longer warranty period, better cooling comfort, and good quality spare parts. If you can get rid of your perception and give it a try, then you might get a big bargain for choosing them.
